“SATISFIED OR YOUR MONEY BACK” RETURNS

The buyer has 14 days from receipt of the product to return it to SILVERSTUDIO DIFFUSION for a refund, without penalty, except for outward shipping costs which remain the buyer's responsibility. Personalized or custom-made jewelry at your request is neither exchangeable nor refundable. The buyer agrees to return the item under the same conditions as for postal delivery to: SILVERSTUDIO DIFFUSION, 6 Rue Siat Marcellin, 83110 SANARY SUR MER, FRANCE. Returned products must be accompanied by your invoice (downloadable in your customer area). Products returned incomplete, damaged, no longer bearing the identification of the non-wearing of the jewelry, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be refunded. Exercising the right of withdrawal is subject to the buyer sending the delivered product to SILVERSTUDIO DIFFUSION. The costs resulting from this return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer, it being specified that the conditions of the shipment and the return must be identical. Once the buyer has exercised his right of withdrawal within the given period, the seller undertakes to reimburse him within a maximum period of 30 days, the total amount paid, with the exception of the return costs referred to above, provided that the delivered product is returned to the seller in its original condition.
